Michael, the Chef at Etang Le Fays has been part of the team since his first season in 2018. His love for food and cooking has received much praise from our guests.
He is a qualified chef that has worked in top London hotels (including The Savoy), restaurants and gastro pubs.
He is equally happy working outside around the lake, as you will see him about when you visit, and is available to help with anything you require.
